The ballast replacement was straightforward. 2.5mm cap screws - ballasts were 7 wire, the replacements are 6 wire. Top two go to red. Bottom two to Blue, #3 to yellow, #5 to yellow cap off the #4 wire. Plugging just the power cord in lights all the T-5's to test.

And back in business!
