Fluval sea evo 5 HOB refugium question

So I am going to be setting up a tank on my desk in my office in the coming weeks and am going to be getting this tank I think. I like the way it looks and how its a single unit as opposed to having to piece together something. With that being said I have always had a fuge on any tank I have built and think they are a great addition to a system.

I have a aquaclear 110 converted into a fugre I have used in the past on other systems and am considering putting it on the back of the tank (one of the longer length glass walls). My concern is the weight this will put on the side wall causing issues down the road so I was wondering if anyone has done this before or has any experience with it. I have seen a few of these tanks with something similar going on but they all seem to be the 13.5g version
