Does this stand look safe ?

There are 1" dowels used at the top corners, it's pocket hole drilled, screwed & glued. I added the corner bracing with uber grade screws & wood glue as well. Does this look safe? It's made of hard maple all around.

The horizontal 2x4's are NOT resting on top of the vertical 2x4's btw

I would add corner bracing on all the corners not braced. Its gonna move under the load of your tanks without.
