Harlequin Shrimp - cleaning up after they eat?

Hey all, sorry if this has been covered in another thread but I couldn't seem to find an answer to my specific question -

My pair have already cleared out my Asterina population so I recently fed them a Chocolate Chip Sea Star. They're still busy working on it but I'm wondering what to do once they're finished?

Once they finish is there anything left of the Sea Star to clean up? Should I worry about keeping track of them since they sometimes drag the sea stars behind rocks?

Thanks!

I've read you need to pick up any uneaten parts after two weeks in aquarium otherwise it'll decay and pollute your system.
