ecotech help pleace !!

is there any customer service from ecotech? there is no message back :-(
I have a huge problem with my accout and can not get there. I had to change my email address and now I can not get into the account and my lamps, pumps and reeflink. ecotech help !!

Anytime I have ever had a problem with one of their products the response is generally fairly quick. The issue you may have is that it is the weekend.

I would imagine that you did but did you email or call them during regular business hours? The contact page dosen't provide hours of operation but if I had to guess, the hours are probably 8am to 5pm EST.

Seeing that it is the weekend, I am doubtful that you are going to hear back before Monday.

I had thought that the support could possibly be reached on the weekend. I'll wait until tomorrow .. I hope that then my account will be released again.
