Tunze ATO failed again?

Does the optical sensor needs to be cleaned?
I sent it in once before to be repair.
Lucky for me I still had my float kill switch attached which prevented a overflow.

Last time this happen it crashed my tank.

The float switch should always be installed. What are the symptoms? A bad optic sensor will usually result in a perpetual level light and no filling. If you PM me your info I can look up the last repair.
