Over fed lobo
So I may have been over feeding my lobo frag, it is doing very well however the tissue is beginning to out grow the skel structure. Is this bad? Normal?

Got a picture? The skeleton will grow as the other tissue grows.
They don't necessarily need to be fed.

Over fed lobo
I think feed every 3 days is OK
some time over feed can harm the coral especially if the food is hard |
