dripping kalk 24/7

Hi all

With warm weather here my ato is always running and it goes thru a kalk reactor by a bsr dos pump.now is it ok to let it drip 24/7 or should I stop letting it go thru the reactor so far along isn't going up its staying stable
any help would be great

Current Tank Info: 300 gallon main tank,70 Gallon sump,70 gallon remote sump, reef octopus 300- 12 inch skimmer, skimz Biopellet reactor

Measure your Alk daily, or multiple times a day.

If you're stable, do nothing.

If you're seeing an increase, you may want to separate your kalk dosing from your ATO.

I run mine off pH, but you can also run it based on a preset dosage per day based on your measurements.

As long as the levels remain stable, I wouldn't worry. You could try measuring alkalinity daily or every few days until you're sure the situation is not changing.
