The price is certainly right. I bought 9" LED strips with no power supply for $10.00 each from Harbor Freight.

Well the strip I looked at on the link was over 6' long with a remote to change it to any color you want for $59. so I figured I would attach it to my existing fixture. Seems reasonable. If I try it I'll post results Heres a clip showing it

Well not Hannah Montanna but I think the Spongebob theme would since that is "reef related" since it does involve a sponge.
