Are most of the reefers in Italy using GFO's for phosphate removal?
Thank you, Todd |

I don' t know the the ZEOvit and the new Xaqua like method. I do not like very bottles that to me they make to become enslaved.
Rowaphos is a lot used in Italy but not permanent and with moderation because Rowaphos it lowers the kH. Use only with high livel of PO4 and silicate in the fluized bed |

The tank showing amazing 10 month growth is a hgh system? I'm gonna have to sweet talk my doc! I wonder if the knock off internet hgh would work the same... how do you italians compare the hgh growth to the other methods? Does zeovite compare at all?

First of all I would like to congratulate both American and Italian reefer for a job well done. One thing I saw both system have in common is stability parameter for water quality. First both system have efficience skimmer a must and other equipment to help keep stabalize the water environment. Second both system have larger tank than normal 200 gal or larger that will help with stable water environment. Third instence light and good flow. Fourth some type of custom food additive. If we feed our fishes and corals with regular frozen brine or flake then it wouldn't be as good as feeding them with custom designer food.
And for who is the best? I think everyone of us who own a reef tank and successfully maintain a close environment. Pad yourself in your back and appreciate your own creation because in my eye my reef tank is the best....:-). By the way invincible I'm really appreciate your dedication striving for better way to improve reef keeping. Anthony Sorry if I miss spell anyword or my grammar are not correct. I'm vietnames.----:-)

Fload, go a page or two back. You can try any hgh but apparently theres only a few that really work and theyre not saying which ones due to experiments and documentation in progress.

The growth rate and color intensity is beyond what I thought was possible in captivity - I'm just curious how much coin these guys drop per month on their additives especially the HGH.

It has to be the Yellow Tangs. Notice how almost all those tanks have Yellow Tangs?
Those are amazing... it makes my tank look like...a freshwater goldfish tank

I could be wrong but I think there is only one HGH used by body builders and used by aquariums.
What they were saying is the HGH is frozen which releases specific aminio acids. I think the study of those amino acids could be the big deal. IF they can find out what aminos exactly are a result and reproduce it in that form....then we have something usuable and saleable.

Thanks I have been following this tread very close. It has been noted that the HGH is added to food that is a galitin base food, Then the HGH is added to it and in becuase it is placed in the refrigerator and this some how releases it into the food that in return is feed to the tank. Is this on the right track?

Here is an updated pic of Nazza's tank. You can see how he rearranged some corals. Still look great! Thanks Nazza for the pic.

"One vial corresponds to 1,33 mg that they correspond to 4 units." The recipe will be released in the next issue of reefitalia. It is not a branded marketed product that you can buy off the shelves. Its only a method. No one will be making money off of this besides your doc. |
