Lps activity

I have an lps dominate tank and was just wanting to discuss and maybe get some answers and help with some of my lps behaviors. Ive kept lps in the past but never this many at once. I've noticed some will shrink up from time to time and I know there can be 1000 reasons why. I want to hear different scenarios people have encountered that have caused this and remedies. Partly to help my situation but also to be prepared for any future issues i could run into.

My tank 90mgal has at least 25 lps coral, from leathers , to frog spawn to zooanthids, hammer, anything and everything. I find that almost never is everything out in full bloom. One or two are always closed up or acting weird. Today my yr old big leather stayed closed all day. Yesterday he was full bloom. Water specs are perfect, and nothing changed. Who knows why. Sometimes my cleaner shrimp bother them and camp out on them waiting for dinner or sometimes I think my water change water is too cold and slightly irritates them, stupid stuff. I think one of the key things that helped me was to stay out of the tank as ofeten as I can. Disturbing them constantly seems to stress them. When I do go in I do it all. Blow off my rock with turkey baister, fluff my sand same way, move stuff , scrape glass, water change, etc. that way they are bothered when they will close up anyway. My bubble tip has been closed ina crack for 5 weeks but his color is good. The host clown feeds him, and he does poke out litttle by little here n there. I upgraded lights 5 weeks ago and I think he’s getting used to them. Old ones sucked. What is your tank schedule like, feeding, maintinance, water changes, what kind of water, chems tests etc.
