Can a Carpet anemone eat a Bubble-tip?

I introduced a 5" /12cm Bubble-tip into my system which contains three S. haddoni (one medium, one large and one extra large). The Bubble-tip has completely disappeared. There was no fowling of the water so I can only assume it didn't perish. Can haddoni's eat bubble-tips?

Might be hiding behind your rock away from light. But I don’t think a carpet will eat a bta. But I could be wrong. It’s probably just hiding and will come out when ready.

The carpet in my tank is actually held at bay by 3 rainbow bubble tips.
