Red face Reeflink not finding Mp10Qd

I bought 2 Mp10 quiet drives yesterday and I just recently purchased a Reeflink. The Reeflink isn't finding them, and I don't know what the problem could be. I have tried moving the Reeflink to different parts of the house, still nothing. Honestly I'm a bit disappointed because I thought the new QDs would connect no problems at all.

I've been doing a bit of research on the Vortech pumps because I'm seriously considering adding a pair to my tank. I believe there are two versions of the MP10... One with wireless support (MP10WQD) and one without (MP10QD). If you have the non wireless version then you won't be able to add it to your Reeflink. I also believe that there is an option to add wireless support to the non wireless pumps, but I'm not sure how much it is.

Well, that's good, at least. The only other thing I might suggest is trying to do a full factory reset on the pumps. I don't know how to do that, though.

Glad it worked How are you liking the MP10's and what size is your tank? I'm seriously considering picking up two for my 75 gallon

I'm loving them! My tank is a 55 gallon mixed reef and they are more than enough. I considered getting a mp40 and an mp10 but the two mp10s are perfect imo.

I just got back from the store and I wound up with one mp40. I went in planning to get two mp10's, but they wanted 285 a piece for the wireless 10's or 350 for the 40. For a difference of 220 I decided a single bigger pump may not be so bad.

Too much power for a 55, and you really need 2 pumps. You won't have 2 settings off the bat, nutrient export and tidal whatever. I'm upgrading my old mp10 to qd and getting a second for my 40 gallon.
