diy kalkwasser dripper still not working
Still puzzled how come my dripper will drip for 10-20 mins then quit....any ideas? Nothings clogged and I have changed valves...would lifting it up higher help?

You're losing your siphon.
Set it up so the outflow comes from the bottom of the jug, not out of the top. Then adjust your valve to the drip you want and be done with it.

You sure there are no air bubbles in the outflow tube? Open it all the way and let it flow fast into a cup for a bit to make sure all air bubbles are cleared out, then set the drip and see what happens.

I had the same issue. It turned out that my rigid tubing connected to the bulk head on the lid was not inserted fully and was not allowing the siphon to get started. I'm using the diy method from the BRS video.

I'm assuming the second line is to allow air into the jug? With a tight lid, you need a way to make up air as the liquid level drops, or else it'll eventually just stop as you're describing. If that's what that line is for, make sure it's open and air can flow easily.

I tried a set up like that and it always clogged and was a pain for long term use.
Having a ATO is one of the better upgrades I did a decade ago. Been using an avast to gravity feed the sump and now I have no daily maintenance. Makes life easier |

My IV dripper never failed on me. Perfectly tuneable up to 1 drip per 1 minute if needed, but my kalk usage is 1 drip every 5 seconds.
