Mandarin missing, likely gone - Good news, found him healthy and alive
I've had the little guy for about 2-2.5 years. For a couple days he was swimming around strangely. Beating on the glass a little too much, and swimming completely out in the open. He looked pretty fat, so I didn't think much of it. He's now been missing for about 2 days, so I presume he's gone. The tank is covered, so I don't think he jumped out. I haven't changed much, and there are still tons of small organisms in the tank. It's an SPS tank, and when I tested the Nitrates within the last week, they were 0 on a Salifert test kit. Everything else seems to be doing pretty well, so I don't understand what happened.

False alarm, I found him swimming around. Don't know how he eluded me in the 30 minutes I searched for him earlier.

Not Being Seen can be an important skill in the ocean, no matter how toxic you're pretending to be.
