Neptune DOS Not Rotating

I recently purchased a Neptune DOS for water change and neither of the dosing heads are rotating.

I connected tubing to both sides and then, connected power then aquabus cable. The orange light came on the front. I wanted to make sure it worked, so I pushed the buttons on the front. Neither head will rotate.

Apex fusion recognized that the DOS was plugged in and I went through update/config.

Then I pushed the button again, no luck.

Any suggestions? Thanks for the assistance.
