Any DIY. Of PH increase?

Hi all
I just red an add where
You can increase PH without increasing Alk..
Using sodium and potassium hydroxide.. .
Any recipe? On the mix?

Best way is to add a co2 scrubber. Don't chase it but don't let it fall either.

PH sorta has a mind of it's own & it's hard to change it permanently.
