CPR Aquafuge lighting

I recently bought a hang on the back refugium for my 50 gallon tank. I am currently using a Fluval reef LED fixture on the fuge because I already had one and it fits perfectly. The cheatomorpha hasn't grown much and I am getting a lot of algae growing all over the sides and on everything in the fuge (including the cheato).
I'm thinking the lighting is the issue. Does anyone have any recommendations for refugium lights that work on an HOB fuge.

Thanks,
Travis
