I don't think we would make it to far from Dans house before we see a dodge truck & a shotgun.

... anyone have any idea on if the growth is expected to be the same as other birdsnests?

pok, i will try to get some equiptment pics up this week when i get some time
dave ,i will try to get some updated shots also
and rich, the Bird of paradise seems to grow fast for me so far.if it keeps going at this pace it will be a colony in 6 months or less.i guess time will tell

Always nice to see pics of your tank Dan. Thanks again for all the frags I got from you, everything is doing very well. The frag I gave you, I have the colony at the top of my tank, about 6-8" under water's surface and I use 250wt 14K bulbs, just so you had some idea where I kept it, my halide are about 9-10" from the water. I hope it continues to do well for you. Talk to you again soon.

I got some frags from Dan last year at the frag swap in Penn State and all I can say is WOW! There were the nicest pieces one could want and very healthy. They were doing very well in my system until a serious tank crash while I was away on vacation last fall. Lesson learned for me about trusting general care of the tank to a non-keeper, even for a week.

I had a couple listed on fragswapper but they both got reserved quick.If i know you want one i will try to cut you one before the swap but request it on fragswapper so i remember to bring it for you.I will be bringing alot of other frags also.
