Best method of removing CP from the water after the cycle

What is the fastest most efficient way to remove CP from the qt system besides a full water change or any water change at all.
If carbon is suggested how long would this take assuming your using a high flow grade A carbon with the right amount for the tank size.
Same question for Prazi Pro.

Thanks guys

I would use carbon, but you need to have a slow flow rate through the reactor. The more time the water is in contact with the carbon the better. Nothing good happens instantly.

I agree. Using carbon, along with water changes will yield the CP. For PP, after 3-5 days it's actually gone out the water, but carbon and water changes will yield that too. I never did a water change or run carbon to get PP out.
