Banggai cardinals
My male currently has babies in it's mouth. I know it takes about 22 days to let them out. Just wondering what's the best way to catch him or the babies. The fish is in a 265. So not so easy to catch. Are the babies phototaxic to light. Can I use a fish trap with a light.

Try putting an urchin in the tank, the fry will live in the urchin for protection and should be rather easy to get them from there

Thanks. Fry didn't make it. Male only held in mouth for 4 days. He probably ate them. His first batch. Think he has to learn to be a good dad
