Valenciennea sexguttata pair breeding

My pair of valenciennea sexguttata just laid their first batch of eggs today and im interested in attempting to raise some at one point. I understand that it will be costly, lengthy, and frustrating but im guessing its possible. Has anyone ever done this successfully?
Im assuming I will be needing
Multiple tanks
Air pumps
Rotifers
Phyto
Lots of water changes
Lights

Any help would be appreciated.
