Moving anemone
What is the best way to move/remove an anemone?

Depends on the type but one way I've found with my Rose Bubble Tips is to direct a powerhead in their direction. Not full power of course but a slight directional change on one of my powerheads (RW-4) and it will move.
I've never removed any but hear it can be tricky with possible damage to the foot/base. I've heard of people using an ice cube. You can also remove the whole rock its foot is attached to. Of course you end up losing the rock but...

An ice cube on the foot has always made them detach in my experience.
