6105 help

I have bought a 6105 and it makes a bit of noise running compared to my other 1. I tried cleaning bit no success. The metal drive shaft has come out of the motor block and needs reseating. I just wanted to check which way round the bushing and attenuation disk go. I'm guessing the bushing goes the side closest to the motor?

So I glued the shaft back into the motor block and the difference in noise levels is incredible. Now my quite 1 sounds loud. This one will be getting glued also tonight

The disk is installed so the blue rubber faces the motor and the black plastic disk faces the drive unit slotted side up.
