Brown Jelly disease?

I just checked on my recently restarted 30 gal tank, and i saw this hanging off my frogspawn. I had BJD about a year ago. I recently restarted this tank so it's basically brand new and none of the fish or corals had ever been in contact with the torch that had BJD. I'm not sure about the hermit crabs. Any tips on how to get rid of it if it is BJD. Thanks

(I included a pic)

Although that is probably the most bleached frogspawn I've ever seen, I think that is just normal waste and/or it expelling even more of it's beneficial zooxanthellae.
