Sick fish?

Picked up a pair of wrasses and a blue throat trigger over the weekend.
The 3 are currently going through TTM.
The blue throat spends most of the time floating on his side very close to the surface. He will occasionally swim around briefly and then back to the surface.
His dorsal fin keeps going up and down as well.
I have also noticed some stuff floating in the water that looks like cobwebs.
He ate like a pig at the store when I bought him and he has been eating for me but appetite has not been that great.
Any thoughts?

First thought is stress. Do you have anything fo ri the fish to hide in?

I put a PVC elbow in there but one of the wrasses has claimed that as his own.
Next time I change tanks I will throw in an extra elbow. See if that helps.

So one of the wrasses deteriorated pretty suddenly and I returned him, barely alive. The blue throat has lived in the pipe this whole week and hasn’t eaten in 3 days. He also seems to have lost some scales.
The last wrasse has stopped eating and he is now spending most of his time near the surface.
Treated with prazi pro the other day, just didn’t know what else to do.
Any ideas before I just bring them both back?
I know I won’t get any credit but I’m not jeopardizing my DT.

If it's been three days, I'd probably bring them back. It sucks, but trying anything at this point doesn't really have any guarantees. Sorry

Returned all three fish. Not worth the risk.
They said they don’t give any store credit and I said I’m fine with that.
After watching the girl take the fish I returned and just dump them in to tanks with other fish for sale, I would never purchase another fish from this store.
First and last time I will ever purchase from pets warehouse, in Carle place, New York.
