Well, in case anyone's interested this tank is still running. A lot has changed since my last update. Most of the acros I added I've lost, but this tank is finally stable enough that the remaining acros are actively growing.
I sold the giant monti cap last week and bought new T5HO bulbs and have switched back to that fixture. The ATS has been offline for a couple months now and there has been some diatoms and cyano, but nothing serious. If anyone has specific questions ask away!

A few pictures. They aren't the greatest (I only have a cell phone) but I'm throwing them in here for journal purposes.
Bonsai (the better colored of the two): Bubblegum Monti is growing like crazy: I thought I lost both Biohazards, but this chunk survived: I believe these are both Paletta Tri-Color: I have two PC Rainbow (the other is below the Bubblegum Monti): Gatorade Birdsnest: And the large Green Birdsnest that's also growing like crazy:

Well, I did some rearranging yesterday. It's slightly less cloudy today. One of the main goals was to isolate the encrusting corals.
Overall I like the layout, but maybe not so much the arrangement, if that makes sense. The circulation is greatly improved and the fish seem to like it better. And now some pictures! Center of the scape (the clowns are still driving me crazy throwing sand everywhere!): Isolated Superman Monti: Right side (the only side you can walk past): And the left island:

Thanks! Something about it still doesn't quite look right to me so I'll probably tweak it a little more but overall I think it was a good change.
As of last night the clowns seem to have claimed the right island as theirs, banishing the damsels to the left one. The angel is just swimming all over the place and checking out all the little nooks and crannies. The cardinals don't really seem to know what to think. They just kinda slowly wander and lash out at the damsels when they get too close. I was very hesitant to move the clowns over to this tank but I think it has added some balance. The angel seems to have been put in its place and has calmed down a lot. The female clown is the only clown showing any aggression, and it's only to chase things away when they get close to her. The damsels and cardinals just stick to themselves.

Some Zoas:
I don't know the name of these ones. I believe these are Watermelon. Radioactive Dragon Eye. Sunny D and another I don't know. Acans aren't Zoas, but these were completely gone and are coming back nicely.

Hmm. Focus with the camera on the phone is tricky. I'll have to work on that.

An update: Same equipment, just moved some rocks around. Removed the ATS because I was going crazy trying to keep my skimmer algae-free. Algae is growing again though, so I may have to figure out how to integrate it back in.
Still working on picture taking. Here are a few attempts:

Put on my creative thinking hat and figured out how to re-install the ATS. It's not pretty, but will make using it much more tolerable if it works.
The whole aquarium setup:
