Need feedback on a stand

Just ordered a Deep Blue Rimless Tower 74 24x24x30. This tank has black plastic frame on bottom only. For a stand, I’m considering the following three choices:
1. Deep Blue series 5 stand 24x24x30.
2. Custom built stand 30x30x30. This would provide more space in stand for equipment ( but not much more because 2x4’s take up much more room than manufactured stands). There would be a 3 inch ledge around base of stand.
3. Any manufacturers 2’x4’ stand (for 120/150). I would provide additional support onto of stand to support the centered tank. This would plenty of room for equipment.

My question is not centered around expenses or engineering. Purely aesthetics.

Any feedback much appreciated. Thanks

my vote isn't in the options. next time around I'm calling a metal fabricator and having them weld up a custom steel stand.

My vote is steel as well if you can work that in as an option.

No. I got that one set! I guess what I’m asking is would a 2 foot long tank centered on a 4 foot stand look stupid? And regarding the metal welding, same question. Metal two foot stand, 30 inch box stand or 4’x2’ metal stand.

I really like having a ledge/shelf around my tanks so I would go with one of the options that allow a shelf. Is there any reason why you cant go with a taller stand? I personally like stands in the 40-42" tall range.

Lets try one more time...
Do YOU think it will look stupid?
Its YOUR tank..in your house and all up to your personal taste..

Personally I think it looks just fine and have had a setup like that in the past.. Wife would put candles,etc... decorative blah blah on the extra space,etc... or whatever..

I appreciate the feedback. Thanks. Now for my next problem. Should I go with the white underwear or black underwear?

Jk

Black obviously.. White shows "marks"

Unless you are in a hot environment and plan to wear no pants.. Then the reflective nature of a white color will be highly beneficial..
