Help with multimeter reading

Help me understand how to read my multimeter. Here's what I've got:

Walwart type power supply: 12v - 1amp
Muffin style fan: 12V - .06amp
Multimeter set on 200m reads 66

How can I tell what the current in and what is the formula?

Thanx in advance.

200m is not registering with me for meter labels. Usually volts dc, volts ac, amps,
Milli amps, micro amps with some able to test capacitance and temperature. Remember Google can be your friend. Google “how to use/read multimeter”. YouTube will pop up with helps.

The multimeter is indicating your muffin fan is drawing 66 milliamperes or .06A

I hope this helps.
