Ocean Revive Arctic T247

Okay I got my new Ocean Revive Arctic T247 LEDS. I like the way they look. I really like the finish that is used on the lights.
I have great coverage from front to back and side to side. They are 10" off the water.
I have them hanging right now. I hope to build a canopy in the very near future.
I have the LEDS set to first Channel Blue set to 50% Channel 2 set to 35%. I will ramp them up slowly over time.
The Fans are super quite.
Now for some info about them before the photos
Package Includes:
1x Arctic T247
1x Remote with Battery
1x power cord
1x User's Manual
2x adjustable Hanging Kit
How the LEDS are Layout

Okay here we go
Full tank shot

View of the timer

Top shot down

Side view with the remote. You can see how big the heat sink is inside of fixture.

Green Cap with purple rim.

Green Frog Spawn with purple tips

A very Large Purple Digi colony

Some shot of Ricordea

You didn't get an answer, but I have two 150W MH fixtures over a frag 40B long (48") I'm about to order one of these for one side. If I like it, I can buy another. If you ended up getting one. Pls let us know what you think.

Is it true this light does not have moonlights? Also, can it be controlled via an Apex?

The S206 does bot have moonlight but the T206 has timer which can use to gradual chagne light intensity

For sunrise and sunset that would be a no. But you can set the output up and down digitally.

I have a quick question. I just got mine about 3 weeks ago and need a few suggestions on the set up. I have a 18x20x24 column tank and can't seem to get the lighting right. What do you guys suggest I set it at? I have it about 8" from water surface, but not sure how bright to make itto reach the bottom well. Not much in the tank at the moment, since i've been trying to get the lighting set correctly. I do have some purple mushrooms, gsp, and kenya tree in there who don't seems to happy at the moment :/ Any help woould be appreciated.

I would have them at least 12" above the water. Bank one I would start at 40% bank two at 20%. I would bring them up about 2% each week untill you fine the output that you like.
I am at 90% bank one and 75% bank two.

Hi! I have a 72x18x22 (125g-tank). It's got 2 cross braces on top and with the resulting 3 openings being 16x22 each. Can I use 2 T247 fixtures suspended say 10 inches above the tank? Would the cross braces cause shadows?
