What is the best way to pump water into BRS reactor in cabinet

I have a JBJ45 and would like to setup the BRS deluxe reactor in the stock cabinet stand. My question lies around pump placement (I have a Cobalt MJ1200) and where to send the return line? (same section as the return pump?)

My JBJ back area consists of:

Tunze 9004 skimmer > cradle for Neptune sensors and dosing lines > Rio 2500 pump Y to return nozzle > Tunze ATO sensor (both optical and mechanical) / IM nano reactor with GFO > InTank Media basket with filter floss (top) - Chemipure Elite (middle) - Pond Matrix (bottom).

My tank is stock with LPS and a few sps (mainly Monitpora) with 3 fish (two Ocellaris clowns and a yellow tang (please dont call the Tang Police) .

Phosphate has been .25ppm and Nitrate can't seem to go under 10ppm. (Using API test kit)

all corals seems to be doing fine.

thanks in advance for your help.
