Anemone ID
I saw this anemone in my LFS and I was wondering what kind of anemone is this. Looks like a weird bubble tip. There a clownfish in it.

No, the anemone species in the OP's picture is H. malu. Heteractis malu come in a variety of color forms, with red being one of them. The malu you posted is a bleached/possibly dyed specimen.

Tentacle length can vary. I have never seen clownfish take to mini max carpets and have heard stories of them being eaten by mini max carpets. Check out this thread for pics of h malu

Wow, you're right. I had no idea Malus could have short tentacles. Do you know why their tentacle lengths vary?
