Lionfish compatibility

I was looking through another websites questions and answers about lionfish compatibility, and was surprised by the number of people who have had another fish stung by a lionfish. Does this happen that often? I have a 220 gallon, and would like to get a Golden (Banana) Moray and a Volitan Lionfish. I would like one other fish, but am having a hard time figuring the third one out. I would like to have something that moves a bit more, like a Niger Trigger or a Harlequin Tusk, but there are some that suggest that fish that are active swimmers, in the confines of an aquarium, have a chance of accidently getting stung by a Lionfish. I can't imagine that it would occur that often. Anyone with an opinion on this?
