Can I keep Blue Jaw Trigger and a Dwarf/Zebra Lionfish in a 125 reef?

Really, because most people say to not to it because if the fins. I thought since it has such small fins, and the trigger was a more docile one, they might be alright. Thanks lot for the responce.
