My green bubble in the rocks!

I just bought this green bubble yesterday. He fell into the rocks. Will he move? Do I need to move him? Over half him is under the rock.

My RBTA is in a similar predicament. I don't know if it's happy or not, but it's been in the same spot for the last six months. Even with a huge Xenia colony hovering over it, it hasn't budged.

I've been told not to move it, and let it decide. Still waiting...............

Let it be for now, and if you would like advice based on appearance, perhaps a little less blue might help, cause I think it might be bleached, but could not say for sure in that pic.

What a difference, this tells the story better.

So your nem is pretty bleached, it lacks the zooxanthellae needed to deal w/ and process light into useable energy, so it's probably not digging on light right now, and they tend to hide in rockwork from this.

Leave it be, but squirt mysis towards it a couple times a week to help it regain color and health

I would not leave lights off, perhaps I would screen over the nem depending on what light it was under before purchase if I thought it needed acclimation to newer much stronger lighting.

That would depend on observation and what it's doing, does it continue to run from light, if so then screen it off/diffuse over it's area maybe.

Just mainly keep squirting mysis, only a couple times a week, don't want to stress it by giving too much food.

It's looking good. It's got a slight brown tinge which is indicative of the presence of zooxanthellae, which helps the nem get energy from light. It should color up in no time.
