Is this a bristle worm?

I hope its visible, I thought it was an inch long but looked later and it looked like 3 to 4 inches

Ok or bad?

Yes looks like it. And generally they are just another cleaner for your tank. They shouldn’t cause any problems unless you get too many and they start bothering coral or fish. But as long as the tanks clean that likely won’t happen. There’s also a few types that are bad like a fireworm but that doesn’t look like a fireworm at all

If you have one you probalby have a dozen. Good things to have except when moving rock and one of them jumps out and stings you.

Wear gloves.

They eat leftover food/dead and rotting stuff in the tank,etc...
They are very effective detritivores
