Question about 1300 gph wavemaker...

I just started a 55 gallon live rock and fish set up. I just recieved my powerheads, which are 1300 gph wave makers. I noticed they are best for 80-200 gallon tanks.(Didn't read properly) I only have one going opposite the canister filter intake, facing the back of the tank. Gives off some pretty strong current in the tank. I only have one yellow tail damsel in the tank and he gets pushed around pretty good. I think the one is going to be alright but 2 would be too much. Is this alright? Any suggestions?
