What are these red thing on torch coral skeleton
Tcoral.jpg
I just got my torch coral and its skeleton all covered in these red things. Anyone have an idea what they are? And are they harmful? |

Hard to give a definite but they look like they beginning of vermetid snails to me. If in doubt tho I'd take a razorblade and shave them off. It's my preference to not add a hitchhiker if I'm not sure it's safe just in case since some are soo hard to eliminate.
