i do, but heck those sponges get dirty quick. but i have a few little fish i am afffiard they will be done. my clowns are way to small.
so to answer your question, if your fish are big enough really no reason to unless you want to collect dirt in them |

I only use them on day 1 of fish coming out of QT and going into DT. QT has MP10's and DT had MP60's, made the mistake of not using the sponge and watched a fish go through the MP60 that I just cared for in QT for over 6 weeks prepping him for DT.
