Silicone recommendation

hello. I am not doing a complete reseal, just cutting off the corners and reseal with taking apart.

so I ordered some momentive rtv108,

but I also have a tube of ASI aquarium sealant. any idea which is better for this type of repair?

btw it's a old 60g I'm using for sump with wood frame and center brace.
