I think Im gonna go for it and do a single large sump set up, if the are any problems in the future acrylic can be welded in site thats the good thing.
I got 72" of space under the stand, should I do a 48" long sump or go for a larger 60" sump"? This is what a 60" Long Sump would look like under the stand, I think its the best option out there

Definitely LOVE the 60 inch sump rather than the 48 inch. Setup looks amazing!

I would re-consider the size of the Refugium, I've got 70g stand alone Refugium and I could use more! Other than that it looks good!.................Budster

Well got the final sump drawings done and its being built right now... should move the stand, sump and tank this weekend hopefully.
Decided to go the largest possible with the refugium and divide it by 2, that way I can have chaeto on one and the other one with some live rock rubble, fish and frags!!! The fishroom is complete The minisplit AC, Exhaust vent, Central AC vent and room light The view from the Kitchen The view front the dirty front door

Im moving in monday morning and we don't have a fish tank!!! my wife isn't happy at all with the empty wall in the middle of the house…
The Chandelier is done, will mount it next week once all the dust as settled in… we are moping the floor every day and we still get new dust by the afternoon.

The chandelier looks amazing, and huge!
Good choice on the 60" sump. I'd go with an internal pump, many good ones to choose from.

Have the Coralvue Diablo DC 10500 on mind with 2,775gph…I have always done a low flow sump on all my reef tanks and got very good results, so a single sump set up will be the way to go, now since I want it to be as efficient as possible the new DC pumps are the way to go…

Beautiful....
Im curious why the cutouts on either side of the tank. It doesn't appear by the pics that the tank comes close to filling it in...yet it looks like they were built to fit around the tank...
