Question lobophyllia - how to recovery

Hi all

my friend gave me this lobophyllia.

It could get better, My friend had no3 0 and in my tank I have no3 5, probably better.

Any suggest to improve it?

Is your NO, nitrites or nitrates? If nitrites, then water change and work on maturing your biological filtration. If nitrates, you're ok, but < 20 ppm would be better. Feed each polyp directly with coral food with your pumps off so the polyps have time to ingest the food. Good luck.
