Alpha Cone 200 with Royal Exclusive pump
Do you think this could cause a problem in my tank ?

As Klaus said, the impeller is fine. If you are using GFO, the particles from it often will attach to the magnet in pumps and can cause some rust staining but you don't have anything to worry about there. You can try taking a scotch brite pad to remove the staining but you need to be careful not to remove the coating on the magnet. If it were, I wouldn't worry about it.
