MP10QD problems

I just purchased this MP10QD and after 3 months it stopped working for some reason. It’s now blinking white, blue, green then red repeatedly. I tried to reset it, unplugg it, but no luck. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it.

Just as a guess....

Power it on, and try holding down Mode+Set for about 5 seconds, then just mode for 5 seconds, then mode+option for 5 seconds. Power cycle it, and see what happens. Good luck!
