RLSS Waveline DC 4000 Controller Issue

I have a DC 4000 return pump that stopped working on me recently. I tried to get in contact with the support team for RLSS and during my email communication with Daniel Nguyen, I started receiving domain name errors and the emails would be kicked back to me. Anyway, he thinks that the issue is with the controller because it does not light up with everything being plugged in to the AC outlet. Can anyone confirm with me a few things if you happen to have a Waveline return pump as well?

My main concern is to determine if the controller is indeed bad or if the power block is bad and the controller is fine. There is a light on the power block that does NOT light up when connected to AC power. Can anyone confirm that this light should be green upon being provided AC power from the wall? Or does this light only become green with a working controller connected?
