looking for printable water parameter log sheet

Starting a new reef and would like to start a log book. I didn't want to try to reinvent the wheel. Does anyone have one made in MS Word of Excell? Single sheet 8 1/2x11.

Current Tank Info: SPS dominated barebottom display with BB sump since 2005, most consistant parameters in 19+ years of reefkeeping.

I hear that. Can easily be put together in a few mintues; make the columns you want, define the print area, and tell the printer to print your defined area as a single page.
