50b sump build

I'm goin to be building a sump out of a 50 gallon breeder.
36" long "18 deep (front to back) and "20 tall I think. What I'm wondering is how many baffles will I need and how should I place them? I'd like to run the overflow into the first chamber (left to right) with the skimmer, then to a fuge, then the return chamber.

The skimmer I will be getting is an SWC cone that is 20 5/8" tall and needs to sit in 6-9" of water. The foot print is 9" x 7" and I would like the fuge to be as large as possible.
