Awesome looking tank build!
I just have to ask though.....
Is there some irony in having a reef tank at a sushi bar?

Nice choice on the skimmer. I have one on my 210. It can be really finicky... Going to get Vortechs?

Your raw bar platter earlier in the thread made me hungry. Hadn't had dinner yet. Nice tank by the way.

There not loud at all. But if they were in a living room i suppose they may be considered a bit loud. In a restaurant atmosphere you do not notice it at all

Customer reactions are amazing, its begun to draw a crowd. The best seat in the house is the center of the bar, looks straight on to the middle of the tank. There always seems to be someone sitting there! People leaving the main dining room have to pass by the bar on there way out, and it always catches there eye and have to stop and look.

Wow it has been six years since i have posted to this thread. In that time i have sold the restaurant as of July 2018. Anyone who may have been interested in this build i am so sorry for the lack of updates. I have moved 5 years ago to a new house and have started my dream build. I am currently building a 150g Aggressive with a 40g Frag tank and a 180 mixed reef display tank. I am currently working on a thread for that build in which i have been compiling pictured for years. Anyways here is the last pics i have of the 300g gallon tank at the restaurant. Thank you for following

Your Fellow Reefer.
