Need an Id. Please help

Hey guys. Looks at my sump and saw these lil white worms all over the glass. Anyone know what these are? Are they harmful? Do i need to get rid of them? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Their feather dusters and good. They are filter feeders, if you get too many then cut back on the feeding.

Wait these are feather dusters? Their really tiny and all in the sump.
