Sick goby
I have a 65g SW. I brought my diamond goby over a month ago. Two weeks after getting him he started to hide a lot and not come out to eat. I tried spot feeding him but he would just look at the food. When I first got him I treated him for parasites by putting him in QT but his condition has gotten worse after treating him. I’m suspecting that he may have flukes but I’m not sure. I’m new to this hobby but would appreciate anyone’s help. My parameters are good, no ammonia or nitrites nitrates 5.0. SG 1024.

This fish requires a mature sand bed of say 2-6 inches to survive.
I don’t see much sand in the pick attached. Do you have a mature sand bed? Even with that, this fish can clean a sand bed quickly, and long term survival can be problematic. |
